To keep you informed of your child's progress, bi-monthly reports will be sent home with each child.  Also, report cards will be sent home quarterly for your review and signature.  If you desire a meeting with your child's teacher, please call the school office to schedule the meeting.

 

GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES

• If there is a concern about a Procedure or Policy of the school the concerned party will discuss the matter with the School administrator.

 

• If satisfactory results cannot be achieved a meeting will be arrange with the concerned party, the School administrator and the Executive Director.

 

• If satisfactory results are not achieved then the concerned party will request in writing a meeting with the grievance committee of the school board for resolution. Written request will be addressed to the Executive Director of Quality Education Schools.
